About Us

Welcome to ADH-She!

Hi, I'm Matt Bowman, and I built this store around my wife Claire's online presence as ADH-She. After 15 years of truck driving in Western Canada, I decided to try something completely different. Mid-life crisis? ADHD hyperfixation? Honestly, probably both.

Claire has built an amazing community online celebrating neurodivergent life with humour, authenticity, and zero BS. But more than that, she's been the catalyst for immense personal growth in so many lives; including my own. My growth wouldn't have been possible without her support, love, and understanding of what it means to navigate neurodivergent life.

Our Mission

ADH-She exists to spread happiness and joy while helping others on their own growth journey. We want to remind everyone in the ADHD community that you're not alone. The chaos, the hyper-fixations, the overwhelm, the executive dysfunction days, the "wait, what was I doing?" moments - we've been there, and we get it.

Why We Started This

Every day, I see a world getting more divided, more judgmental, more exhausting. I wanted to build something different - a community where neurodivergent folks don't just exist, they thrive. This is a safe space built on love, acceptance, and zero BS. My mission is simple: spread awareness of neurodiversity through products that actually get it. Because different isn't less - it's powerful. Here, you're not just tolerated, you're celebrated. You're not broken, you're beautifully wired differently. And most importantly? You're never alone.

What We're About

We create and curate relatable apparel and accessories for the ADHD community - shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, and gear that say what you're thinking (but with better graphics). Whether you're caffeinating through your third hyperfixation of the week or just trying to remember where you put your phone, we've got designs that get it.

Our Vibe

Unapologetically sarcastic. Relatable AF. Zero judgment. We're not here to "fix" you or sell you productivity hacks - we're here to celebrate neurodivergent life exactly as it is, chaos and all. We're here to help you feel seen, understood, and less alone.

Thanks for being here and supporting our small business adventure. Whether this is a mid-life crisis or just my ADHD brain finding a new obsession, I'm glad you're along for the ride. Remember: you're not alone, your growth matters, and we're cheering you on every step of the way. ✨
