RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Important: Print-on-Demand Products

Custom products sold at ADH-She are custom-made, print-on-demand items created specifically for your order. Because these items are produced individually after you place your order, these custom products cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing errors, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before ordering. We provide detailed size guides for all apparel items to help you choose the correct fit.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns for:

  • Defective products (printing errors, misprints, quality issues)
  • Damaged items received
  • Wrong items shipped

Returns must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size (please check sizing charts before ordering)
  • Custom or personalized products without defects
  • Items you've changed your mind about
  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear after delivery

Return Process for Defective/Damaged Items

To report a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us at shop@adhshe.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage
  3. We'll review your claim and provide return instructions if approved
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (we'll cover return shipping for approved defective/damaged claims)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item and need a replacement, we'll issue a refund and you can place a new order.
